From Watching Product Teams Struggle to Building the Shield
I am an aspiring builder from India's tech ecosystem. Over the past few years, having worked closely with numerous product teams, founders, and engineering squads across Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Mumbai, I witnessed the exact same heartbreak again and again.
Brilliant young teams who poured their souls into crafting world-class products were suddenly brought to a grinding halt. Not because their code was bad, but because enterprise bank procurement, 40-page security questionnaires, and the ambiguous mandates of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) felt like an insurmountable wall. Legal consultants gave high-level gyaan that engineers couldn't execute, while engineering leads lost sleep wondering if a stray database column or Datadog log would attract an enforcement notice.

When our citizens trust an app with their phone number, Aadhaar, or financial details, they aren't just creating an account—they are placing their faith in us. Privacy shouldn't be a corporate tax or legal fear; it should be India's national competitive advantage.
Seeing this struggle, I decided to stop watching from the sidelines. I am starting this journey with a tight-knit squad of engineers—folks who know PostgreSQL, AWS IAM, telemetry pipelines, and Kafka shards just as well as the 23 gazetted DPDP Rules. We are here to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Indian builders, solving compliance directly in production code so that our nation's startup ecosystem can build fearlessly.

Formal corporate registration as an Indian privacy tech enterprise. Onboarding empaneled Supreme Court and High Court cyber law advocates to co-certify vendor clearance dossiers.
