Brilliant young teams who poured their souls into crafting world-class products were suddenly brought to a grinding halt. Not because their code was flawed or their architecture wasn't scalable, but because enterprise bank procurement, 40-page security questionnaires, and the ambiguous mandates of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) felt like an insurmountable wall.

Traditional legal consultancies gave high-level statutory advice that software engineers couldn't execute in Git repositories. Meanwhile, engineering leads and CTOs were losing sleep wondering if a stray database column, an unmasked Datadog log, or an analytics SDK would attract an enforcement notice under the ₹250 crore penalty framework.

🇮🇳
In Indian culture, विश्वास (Trust) is sacred. When our citizens trust a digital platform with their mobile number, Aadhaar, UPI records, or health details, they aren't just creating an account—they are placing their faith in the builders. Privacy shouldn't be a corporate tax or a fear of penalties; it should be India's national competitive advantage in the global digital economy.

Why We Started with a Lean Engineering Squad

Seeing this persistent gap between legal statutes and production systems, I decided to stop watching from the sidelines. I am starting this journey with a tight-knit squad of a few passionate engineers based in Chennai.

We are engineers first. We know PostgreSQL indexing, MongoDB aggregations, Kafka event streams, AWS IAM roles, and telemetry pipelines just as intimately as the 23 gazetted rules of the DPDP Rules 2025.

Our mission is simple: stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Indian engineering teams, translating regulatory mandates into clean pull requests, drop-in telemetry sanitizers, and automated erasure webhooks. We fix compliance where it actually lives—in your codebase and data stores.

What We Believe In:

  • Developer-First Solutions: If compliance can't be implemented via a PR, SDK, or CI check, it isn't real compliance.
  • Affordability for All Builders: High-grade privacy readiness shouldn't require ₹50 Lakhs paid to Big-4 consultancies.
  • Transparency: No fluff, no fear-mongering. Just clear gap analysis and concrete code fixes.
Transparent Vision
